Leicester's 80m valuation of Maguire had initially deterred United from pursuing a deal.
However, it seems Ed Woodward has caved as the 2019/20 season draws closer.
According to the Independent, the clubs have come to an agreement over an 80m transfer fee, with 10m of that made up of additional clauses.
Maguire informed his Leicester teammates last week that he wanted to complete a move to Old Trafford.
United's fierce rivals Manchester City had also been pursuing the 26-year-old.
