Manchester United have made Leicester City midfielder James Maddison their top 2020 target.
Maddison will cost around 60 million, three times the price he cost the Foxes when he arrived at Leicester from Norwich City in June last year.
The Times says United would be willing to meet that fee to secure the 22-year-old, who has become one of the brightest young talents in the Premier League.
United scouts have reportedly been tasked with monitoring Maddison this season ahead of a bid for the attacking midfielder next summer.
It is understood they are unlikely to make their move in January.
