Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke has welcomed the influx of new additions.
Koke expressed his optimism about the future.
"We are building a new team with a lot of excitement", he said.
"With new faces and great players, there is a good combination of players for us to have a good year and we hope things go well."
One of the new arrivals is Hector Herrera from Porto and Koke has been impressed by his new midfield partner since he joined the squad.
"I saw him play at Porto," Koke said.
"He hasn't been here long, but he's brilliant and he plays in the Atletico style.
"He will contribute a lot of positive things.
"He leaves everything out on the pitch."
