SHAH ALAM, Aug 17 — Inisiatif Buku Darul Ehsan (IBDE) is offering 2,000 books with 80 titles to visitors of Festival Buku Merdeka 2023, which will take place at Sunway Putra Mall in Kuala Lumpur from August 31 to September 3.
Its sales and marketing manager Ainunl Muaiyanah Muhammad Sulaiman said all of the book titles are publications from IBDE, Institut Kajian Dasar, and Jurnal Svara.
“Some of the titles on offer include Kitab Ihya Ulumuddin: Menghidupkan Ilmu Agama, Memelihara Jiwa: Petua dari Tabib Kurun Ke-9, and Biografi Imam Al-Ghazali: Hayat dan Jasa Ilmuwan.
“We will also have a discussion session on select IDBE books (during the fair),” she told SelangorKini yesterday.
Ainunl Muaiyanah added a 10 per cent for the purchase of one or two copies of books is on offer, while for three books or more, it is 15 per cent. Purchases worth RM100 and over will come with a free IBDE bag.
“Feel free to come in groups to IBDE’s booth (number nine) on the fourth floor of Sunway Putra Mall,” she said.
