iCAUR is now in East Malaysia with their first 3S Centre opening in Kota Kinabalu.
Electric vehicle brand iCAUR Malaysia has officially expanded into East Malaysia with the opening of its first full-fledged Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Operated by dealer partner Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, the new facility is designed as a one-stop destination to support growing regional demand for the brand’s boxy, adventure-styled electric SUVs.
The Kota Kinabalu opening expands iCAUR’s national retail footprint to 21 active sales points, with the distributor targeting 30 total locations nationwide by the end of 2026. Company executives confirmed that Sarawak has been identified as the next strategic area for East Malaysian expansion.
Facility Scale and Lifestyle Amenities
Spanning a total built-up footprint of 1,170 square meters, the facility incorporates sales, aftersales servicing, charging, and customer lounge amenities under a single roof:
- Showroom & Workshop Capacity: Accommodates up to four vehicle displays alongside three dedicated service bays and a vehicle delivery bay.
- EV Charging & Customer Amenities: Features two private EV charging bays, a customer lounge with Wi-Fi and complimentary refreshments, and an interactive gaming zone.
Clinton Chok Jin Qin, Vice President of Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, added that iCAUR’s rugged, boxy EV lineup—including the iCAUR 03 and iCAUR V23—aligns well with the outdoor-oriented lifestyles and driving conditions of Sabahan motorists.

The new 3S Centre is located at CL015493615 Jalan Limau Manis, Off Jln Lintas, Taman Iramanis, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Operating hours for the facility are as follows:

- Weekdays: 8.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: 10.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
- Service Centre
- Weekdays: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
