On 9 June, the team at the Pitt County Animal Services shelter in Greenville, North Carolina, in the US, celebrated a very happy event.
Sweet pups Margo and Pascal tied the knot right inside the shelter!
For the big day, Margo wore a delicate white lace veil, while Pascal looked dapper in a little black suit and matching hat.
An unforgettable day
The two dogs loved posing for photos and even shared a kiss. While the shelter staff admitted the marriage might not be legally binding, their bond is stronger than ever.
The pair are completely inseparable at the shelter. They spend every moment together, and seeing them enjoy each other's company always melts the hearts of the rescue staff.
On their wedding day, Margo was absolutely thrilled, jumping around with joy. Pascal, on the other hand, looked like a typical groom who wasn't entirely sure what he had signed up for!
Looking for their forever home
In their Instagram post, the rescuers made sure to mention that both Margo and Pascal are neutered, so there won't be any puppies coming from this union.
Although the two dogs loved all the attention on their wedding day, they are still missing one precious thing to make their happiness complete: a forever home. We wish the happy couple all the best for the future!
