Chelsea have clinched an agreement for Sporting CP midfielder Manuel Ugarte.

Under pressure from PSG, Chelsea have settled personal terms Ugarte and will meet his 60m buyout clause, says O Jogo.

Mauricio Pochettino, Chelsea's new manager, put pressure on the board to close the deal as soon as possible.

The agreement between the parties h involves the payment of 60m being paid in installments plus 5m dependent on objectives. Uguarte, for his part, will receive a salary of around 3m-a-year.

The Lions will receive 42m for their share of Ugarte's registration and Famalico 30 per cent. Fnix, the Uruguayan club where Ugarte was developed, will receive 20 per cent of the added value.
