Genoa and Radu Dragusin have agreed terms with Tottenham.
The Romania defender will be in London today for a Spurs medical and to sign a contract.
TMW says Genoa have accepted an offer from Tottenham of 25m upfront plus 5m in bonuses.
Dragusin will also sign a deal to 2029 with the option of another 12 months. The terms will be worth 2.9m-a-year.
Former club Juventus will also be due 6m from Genoa as part of a sell-on clause.
