Chelsea and Napoli are thrashing out the final details of a fee for Kalidou Koulibaly.
Foot Mercato says personal terms between the Senegal defender and Chelsea have now been struck.
The two clubs are putting the finishing touches on a €40m fee.
Once settled, Koulibaly will sign a four-year contract worth €8m-a-season, plus a further €1m due in bonuses.
The defender, 31, has less than 12 months to run on his existing Napoli contract.
