Yet the village’s main attraction remains its seafront promenade and the superb panoramic views over the Ligurian coast and the Tyrrhenian Sea, particularly at sunset. From here, visitors can make their way to the main beach or venture further towards quieter coves such as Pontetto and Fontana.
Hiking, swimming and the Italian art of living
Another highlight of Bogliasco is its network of hiking trails crossing the surrounding hills. Overlooking the village, these paths connect neighbouring towns via ancient mule tracks, offering magnificent views across the Mediterranean along the way.
For lovers of water sports, the crystal-clear waters of the Ligurian Riviera are perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkelling. In the summer, the village becomes livelier still with traditional festivities and a handful of music festivals. Altogether, these experiences promise a truly memorable stay in Italy.
