Kota Kinabalu: The inaugural Food and Hospitality Malaysia Borneo Edition 2024 (FHMB 2024) will be held alongside the 24th Sabah Hospitality Fiesta (SHF).

The event will run from Sept 26 to 28 at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) here.

“We are thrilled to partner with the long-running SHF to create a platform to drive growth for Sabah’s food and hospitality industries,” said Event and Business Development Director of Informa Markets Malaysia, Alice Lem, during a press conference at SICC.

“This collaboration will empower Sabah’s workforce to train with professional chefs in the culinary and hospitality fields,” said ATI College Executive Chairman Datuk Seri Wong Khen Thau.

The FHMB, themed “Cultivating Solutions for the Food and Hospitality Industry”, will feature over 150 local and international brands from Australia, China, France and Japan.

They will showcase their innovative equipment, ingredients and hospitality solutions.

The highlights will be the Culinaire Borneo Extravaganza, where local and overseas exhibitors will present a diverse array of culinary options for visitors to explore.

Industry players will display their skills in cooking, barista, and hospitality challenges at the SHF Competitions.

Master chefs will show off their artistry during live cooking demonstrations, where visitors can pick up invaluable tips and techniques to elevate their culinary game.

The SHF is co-organised by ATI College and the MAH Sabah/Labuan Chapter, with FHMB as strategic partners.
