Tuaran: About 3,000 people are expected to attend the inaugural Tuaran Dragon, Unicorn and Lion Dance Festival to be held at the town field tomorrow (Sunday).

The organising chairman, Tuaran Lions Club President Kapitan Frankie Goh, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor is scheduled to officiate the event.

“The programme aims to ring in the Chinese New Year while bringing together the local Chinese community and other races,” he said.

Goh said there would be over 50 booths at the venue selling various food and drinks in addition to the exhibition.
