- When a journalist – who is bald, like Infantino – asked why he had not resigned, Infantino replied: ”You have a nice haircut. Thank you so much.”
- When pressed further by the journalist, Infantino said: “I’ll see you at the hairdressers.”
- Uefa has threatened a boycott of Fifa competitions, saying that it has lost confidence in Infantino's leadership.
