- An inquest has heard that the cause of death for three sisters, Jane Adetoro, 36, Christina Walters, 32, and Rebecca Walters, 31, whose bodies were found off Brighton beach, remains "unascertained".
- The sisters' bodies were recovered from the water near Madeira Drive on 13 May after someone raised the alarm about 5.45am.
- Sussex Police have said there is no evidence of criminality or third-party involvement, and the coroner hopes this will stop social media speculation.
- The inquest, attended remotely by their grieving father Joseph Jacobson, has been adjourned until 3 October.
- A fundraising appeal has raised over £43,000 to provide the sisters with a "loving and dignified farewell", with their father expressing his unbearable grief.
