Inter Miami chief Xavier Asensi says signing PSG star Lionel Messi is on the agenda.
The Barcelona legend is about to enter his second season with the Parisians.
Asensi, a former commercial director at Barca, told Mundo Deportivo: "It depends on him and on his will.
"We want to have the best players in the world and I think Messi is the best in history. From now on, it's up to him.
"We want to be the point of reference for football in the USA, it's one of the goals of ownership."
