Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku is out of Saturday's derby against AC Milan.
Lukaku played Inter's opening three Serie A games, but has already been forced to the sidelines due to a thigh injury suffered on Sunday.
The 28-year-old underwent medical tests on Monday at Rozzano's Humanitas clinic.
Inter have since confirmed tests showed an injury to the flexor of his left thigh.
“His condition will be assessed again next week," said the Nerazzurri.
The Nerazzurri host Cremonese at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Tuesday before facing Milan at San Siro on Saturday.
