Inter Milan defender Francesco Acerbi was delighted with their 2-0 win against Salernitana.
Acerbi was happy with the clean sheet.
He said, “The match was difficult, especially after coming from Barcelona and also the match against Sassuolo, and we really need consistency because we're behind in the table.
“We approached it well, finding the goal quickly enough.
“But we could have killed it off earlier, and if we're unable to do so then we always risk taking away an undeserved draw.
“This is a moment in which we're improving in terms of intensity, ruthlessness, and also humility, which we were missing a bit, though through no fault of the guys.
“Maybe it was an unconscious thing, the guys have always given everything, I know them.
“When I arrived there was a bit of a different air, I don't mean that the team were relaxed, but it just wasn't the same as this."
