La Gazzetta dello Sport says Chalobah is ready to leave Chelsea on-loan and favours a switch to the Nerazzurri.
The young stopper is under consideration at Inter along with Lazio veteran Francesco Acerbi.
However, Chalobah's attitude has impressed Inter directors Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio.
Chelsea want €3m for a straight loan and are insisting there will be no permanent option in the deal.
