Inter Milan midfielder Kristjan Asllani is happy to be back in preseason training.
Asllani, formerly of Empoli, is preparing for his second season with Inter.
He said: "It's a wonderful emotion. Seeing your team-mates always has a certain effect. It's nice to be back on the pitch and back in the dressing room. These are things that are missing even on vacation. I really want to start over, the pitch is always missing.
"Our goal is to aim for the championship. Last season was a beautiful season and an incredible experience. My team-mates have always helped me and we hope this year of doing well.
"Preparation counts a lot, it's very important. We have to try to work hard and hard to get ready for the first championship."
