The Daily Mail says Inter are also keen on Blues captain Cesar Azpilicueta and fellow defender Trevoh Chalobah, who has been in Milan this past week.
Azpilicueta is also also interesting Bayern Munich and with a year left on his contract he is seeking a free transfer.
The Spanish veteran informed Chelsea this week he wishes to leave this summer.
