BONGAWAN: The implementation of 5G high-speed internet coverage infrastructure throughout the country should also include the rural and rural communities, especially in Sabah and Sarawak.
Bongawan State Assemblyman, Dr. Daud Yusuf said, compared to the peninsula, the people in these two regions had long given up and accepted poor internet quality.
He said, apart from water and electricity supply, high-speed internet access was a basic need that all Malaysians needed but unfortunately the same facilities were not fully enjoyed by those in Sabah and Sarawak.
