Investcorp's interest in Inter Milan has been played down.
After having an offer for AC Milan rejected in May, which eventually saw RedBird Capital buy the Serie A champions, the Bahrain investment fund are now being linked with Inter.
Inter owners Suning are said to be inviting outside investment in the club, though have denied plans of an outright sale.
However, Il Sole 24 Ore's Carlo Festa is reporting Investcorp are not in contact with Inter.
“Sources close to Investcorp tell me that they're not considering buying Inter," stated Festa.
