
One person has died in a house fire in London.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the scene in Broome Road, Hampton, south-west London, at 1.21am on Sunday, London Fire Brigade (LFB) said.
Half of the first floor of the mid-terraced house was damaged in the fire, LFB said, and a woman was declared dead at the scene.
The blaze was put out by 4am.
The cause of the fire is being investigated, LFB added.
