BUDAPEST: Minister of Tourism, Culture and Environment Datuk Christina Liew said Sabah welcomes the invitation from the Embassy of Malaysia in Hungary to participate in the annual International Trade Fair in that country this year.

Malaysian Ambassador to Hungary, Slovenia and North Macedonia, Francisco Munis extended the invitation during the Minister’s official visit to the Embassy’s Office, Tuesday.

“Participation in the international trade fair will be a great opportunity for Sabah to showcase its natural wonders, cultural heritage, iconic wildlife, and other unique attractions to the European market,” said Liew who led the just-concluded Sabah Tourism Board’s Tourism Promotion Mission to Hungary.
