Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna admits they face losing Dane Scarlett back to Tottenham.
The striker is on-loan at Ipswich this season.
But he has managed just 12 appearances at Portman Road this term.
"There's conversations with Tottenham at the moment. It looks very likely that he'll be recalled at the start of January," McKenna confirmed.
"Tottenham have injury issues at the moment, and they have their main forward going to the Asian Cup."
