Ipswich Town are said to be very keen to recruit Ellis Simms this summer.
The Everton youngster made 11 appearances for the club last season, with most of them coming late in the campaign.
The youngster showed his quality to manager Sean Dyche, but may still go out on loan.
Per The Athletic, his future is one of many issues Everton will sort out in the coming weeks.
Ipswich are seriously interested in taking him on loan, even if it is only a six month deal.
However, Dyche will have the final say on whether or not to keep Simms within his first team squad.
