Ipswich Town are eyeing Manchester City centre-half Taylor Harwood-Bellis.
Harwood-Bellis is currently impressing on-loan with Southampton.
The Sun says Harwood-Bellis, 22, will sign for Saints for 15m if they achieve promotion.
But should they miss out, it will open the door for Ipswich, particularly if they manage to go up.
Harwood-Bellis played a key role in Burnley's title win last season.
