US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that Iran is taking “too long to negotiate a deal" and that “now they will have to pay the price".
Trump made the comment on his Truth Social platform.
It wasn’t clear what exactly that would mean for Tehran. It came after the countries exchanged fire earlier on Wednesday.
Trump wrote: “They’ve taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, now they will have to pay the price!!!"
