Iran war briefing: US preparing for greater escalation with Iran – report

  • The US is reportedly preparing for greater escalation with Iran, having carried out a ninth consecutive day of strikes, though an American official, speaking to the Washington Post, warned of limitations due to low stockpiles of air defences and long-range munitions.
  • Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed to have targeted US assets in Jordan, Kuwait, and Syria, while Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan reported intercepting Iranian drones and missiles.
