Kota Kinabalu: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Deputy President Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam said Parti Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal should get proper legal advice before commenting on the application of Article 6(7) of the Sabah Constitution.
“Clearly Shafie had his facts wrong and is clueless as to how the Sabah Constitution works,” said the Kundasang Assemblyman in a statement, Saturday.
He said this in response to Shafie who cited Article 6 (3) read with Article 6 (7) of the Sabah State Constitution while calling for Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor to do the responsible thing by resigning.
