- Reports of an outage began for thousands of users just after 10:35am, with over 4,000 users reporting issues with the service by 2:30pm.
- One user said: “Still pixelated in Bristol too. No channels working. Still saying service unavailable on Virgin Media website. Why do we pay all this money for this!?”
- Virgin Media issued a statement to customers on X: “We apologise to customers who are experiencing issues with their TV services at the moment. Our teams are working as a priority to identify the fault and will restore services to normal as soon as possible.”
