Alexander Isak has suffered an injury setback at Newcastle United.
The Swedish striker pulled up in training with the same thigh injury that has kept him out of the Magpies recent run of games, says the Daily Mail.
It had been expected that Isak would return to the squad at Old Trafford, but Eddie Howe revealed the game would come too soon for his new arrival, with reports stating he looks set for a further spell on the sidelines.
Newcastle host Everton on Wednesday before travelling to Tottenham Hotspur next weekend, with the Swedish striker set to miss all three of those games, including the game against Manchester United later today.
The report claims the club are unsure when Isak will return, a disappointing blow having featured just three times since his big money move from Real Sociedad.
