We have retained the mainstays for this DSA Awards—Best Enterprise Storage Vendor and Best Data Analytics at Scale—and added a few new ones to reflect the ever-evolving dynamics of the data and storage space. We even added a special category for Web3/blockchain, which is starting to make a stronger presence in the world of tech.
As always, we have handpicked the nominees. Put simply, we have included only the best of the best, and those that have most made an impact both to their customers as well as in the tech media industry. To prove this point, look no further than the tech firms vying for our Best Enterprise Storage Vendor: Dell Technologies, Huawei, NetApp, Pure Storage, IBM and Hitachi. Our nominees for Best Data Analytics at Scale—Cloudera, Oracle, TIBCO, Snowflake, Tableau and Qlik—are just as star-studded. The same is true for the other categories!
Our contenders for Digital Transformation Evangelist of the Year, to be given to the most notable, influential and impactful proponent of digital transformation over the past year, celebrate the individuals who have caught our attention with their knowledge of the trends and challenges facing organisations in ASEAN. Every one of them did some fine work in driving digital transformation across the region, and a case can be made for each as a rightful winner. This category, we reckon, is too close to call, as each and every one of them deserves the top spot.
