Italy coach Roberto Mancini is insisting he isn't ignoring Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo.
Mancini has left Zaniolo out of his squad this week.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Mancini has been clear that he won't call Zaniolo as he only just made his comeback from a month out with a dislocated shoulder.
Zaniolo has returned to action ahead of schedule.
Roma also have a packed fixture list between Serie A and the Europa League, so Mancini is eager not to over-work Zaniolo.
