KUALA LUMPUR: ITMAX System Bhd, an artificial intelligence-powered integrated digital infrastructure service provider, delivered a record quarterly performance, with revenue, profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) reaching all-time highs.

Revenue rose 28.3% year-on-year (YoY) to RM75.0 million in Q2 ended June 30, 2026 (FY26), driven primarily by the Group’s digital infrastructure solutions segment, which recorded a 42.3% improvement and contributed 75.5% of total revenue.

The group’s PBT and PAT rose 38.5% and 35.2%, respectively, to RM42.9 million and RM31.9 million.

For the cumulative 6 months (1H) of FY26, ITMAX posted 29.0% revenue growth, Y-o-Y, to RM140.9 million.

Revenue from the digital infrastructure solutions segment increased 44.6% and contributed 79.0% of the group’s overall revenue.

PBT and PAT were RM79.2 million and RM59.4 million respectively, representing increases of 35.8% and 34.1%.

ITMAX System managing director and CEO William Tan Wei Lun said the group delivered another record quarter as more of its investments and completed deployments progressively enter the monetisation phase, translating into stronger contributions to the group’s financial performance.

“This reflects the continued scaling of our digital infrastructure solutions segment, which remains our key growth driver while further strengthening our recurring revenue base and earnings visibility.

“Our growth is also expanding beyond our existing markets and applications. Our entry into East Malaysia through the Kota Kinabalu smart city project marks an important milestone in our geographical expansion, while Perkeso’s AI-powered Employment Portal demonstrates our ability to extend our AI capabilities beyond smart city infrastructure into large-scale national digital platforms.

“These milestones reinforce the scalability and versatility of our technology capabilities and demonstrate our ability to deploy AI and integrated digital solutions across multiple use cases.

“Moving forward, we remain focused on supporting Malaysia’s digitalisation agenda, expanding our recurring revenue base and leveraging our technology capabilities to capture new growth opportunities,” he added.
