Iwan Morgan is delighted with his progress at Brentford.

The 18 year-old striker made the move to Brentford from Swansea City 18 months ago and has since penned a new deal to 2027.

I'd like to think I've done well," Morgan told the club's website. "I think I settled in pretty quickly despite it being a little different for me as I had to go straight off to Wales for international duty.

"I've really enjoyed being a Brentford player so far and the lads were great at integrating me in as part of the group.

It's very different from where I came from; the teams that I'm playing now are much stronger and I'm playing in environments I've never played in before.

"I've still got a lot to do and I want to keep improving. The coaches have been great and I believe with their help I can go really far.

I've loved the games I've been able to play in, especially the big ones in the Premier League Cup. I don't feel like I hide when the pressure is on; I feel responsible to step up and help the team as much as I can."
