Everton have launched a bid for Flamengo prospect Reinir Jesus Carvalho.
Globo Esporte says Everton have offered 40m for the 17 year-old. For the moment, Fla are yet to respond.
However, even if terms are agreed, the midfielder will remain with Fla until he turns 18 next January.
His current contract is up at December 31, 2020.
Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid and Manchester City are also interested in the Brazil U17 captain.
