Everton remain favourites in France for Lille attacker Rafael Leao.
Wolves and Valencia are being linked, but Everton are regarded head of the queue for Leao's signature.
LOSC president Gerard Lopez said on Monday: "We have important offers for Rafael Leo, I have to discuss them with him.
"At the salary level we cannot compete with some teams that are interested."
Everton are said to be offering 40m for the forward.
