Jaguar Land Rover Sees A 51.4% Revenue Rise Last Year

Good news for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) as they have just released their financial results for the fiscal year 2025/26

Looks like full-year revenue reached £22.9 billion, with the fourth quarter contributing £6.9 billion which is a 51.4% sequential increase and an adjusted EBIT margin of 9.2%.

While full-year profitability was pressured by a prior cybersecurity incident, the company delivered a significant recovery in the fourth quarter. Global retail sales totaled 352,300 vehicles for the year, including 92,700 units in the fourth quarter, up 16.2% sequentially.

Premium models like the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and Land Rover Defender accounted for 76.5% of total wholesale volumes for the year.

Notably, sales of the Land Rover Defender OCTA surged fourfold year-over-year in the fourth quarter. In China, JLR has ranked first in luxury SUV sales priced above RMB700,000 for two consecutive years.

The Range Rover has maintained a market share of nearly 40% for three straight years in the ultra-luxury SUV segment priced above RMB 1.5 million.

Additionally, Jaguar Land Rover China achieved a “grand slam” among luxury brands in six J.D. Power studies, excelling in areas including initial quality, automotive performance, sales satisfaction, and after-sales service satisfaction.

On the motorsport front, the Land Rover Defender Rally Team made its debut as an official manufacturer entry at the Dakar Rally, while the Jaguar TCS Racing team secured its fourth victory of the season at the Formula E Berlin E-Prix. The company will continue advancing its five-year R&D investment plan totalling £18 billion, furthering its “Reimagine” strategy.
