Kundasang: Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) President, Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup announced the Kundasang PBRS Division Head, Japirin Sahadi, as the party’s preferred candidate for the upcoming State Election (PRN).
Arthur made the announcement when officiating the establishment of the Kundasang District Voting Centre (PDM) held in Kg Dempisong, located at the Sahadi Dungoi family residence recently.
According to him, Japirin’s name has been sent to the Barisan Nasional (BN) leadership to be confirmed as the PBRS-BN candidate for the Kundasang.
He said Kundasang needs a candidate who is a native of the area who truly understands the needs, challenges, and interests of the local people, so that every planned development can be implemented effectively.
“Japirin Sahadi is a native of Kundasang who understands the pulse of the people here. He knows what needs to be developed and what needs to be taken care of.
“This is the candidate we believe can bring positive change to Kundasang,” he added.
