Former Argentina midfielder Javier Pastore is happy to have re-signed with Elche.
After joining last season from Roma, Pastore has agreed a new one-year deal with Elche. The 33 year-old played 13 games last season.
He said, “I wanted to tell you that I have renewed for another year.
"I am very happy to be able to stay one more year in Elche and participate in such a special year for the club as it is the centenary. For my part, they are going to see a totally different player than last year, I am very excited and physically very different.
"Thank you very much for the love last year and this year I have to give them back on the field."
