Jetama Sdn Bhd, a government-linked company (GLC) took the opportunity to be part of the 12th Livestock, Aquaculture & Agriculture Expo as an exhibitor from 5 to 7 August 2022 at SICC Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The objectives were to be aligned with the five-year Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) Development Plan and to boost the economics growth in Sabah.
As one of the subsidiaries company under Jetama group of companies, Jetama Water Sdn Bhd (JWSB) created an awareness on the environment and water pollutions to the visitors during the expo. A new product of Jetama, drinking bottled water “think WATER think JETAMA”
Jetama Chemical & Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd (JCES) is the one stop centre for both chemicals and engineering solutions in water. Bringing various solutions and alternative technology to match the market’s and environment’s needs, be it for chemical supply, dosing system, disinfection solutions (eletro-chlorination, ultraviolet, ozone and etc). JCES is targeting to promote alternative treatment solutions like UV disinfection system which will reduce the consumption of chemicals and reduce the risk of disinfection by-products formation in the water.
In addition, it was a good opportunity to exhibit Jetama’s venture into renewable energy through its subsidiary, Jetama Energy Sdn Bhd (JE). JE expect to get in touch with the public and give awareness on the importance of generating energy from renewable sources. Also to possibly collaborate with industry players in the livestock, aquaculture and agriculture in terms of providing solutions to their operations in the remote area.
