Jimmy Kimmel confirms replacement hosts during talk show hiatus —including one Trump critic

Jimmy Kimmel is taking a two-month hiatus from his late-night show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, with a series of guest hosts scheduled to fill in from the week of 6 July.

The announced guest hosts include Tiffany Haddish, Colman Domingo, Ike Barinholtz, Anthony Anderson, and Jelly Roll.

Rosie O'Donnell, who has a well-documented public disagreement with Donald Trump, was also named as a guest host, with Kimmel humorously suggesting it was a “special treat” for the president.

O'Donnell's long-running feud with Trump began in 2006 and escalated during his 2015 presidential campaign, leading to frequent exchanges of barbs.

Earlier this year, O'Donnell relocated to Ireland with her youngest child following Trump's return to the White House, and she recently responded to a social media post from Trump that threatened to revoke her citizenship.
