Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel mocked US president Donald Trump’s habit of setting “two-week” deadlines for major decisions during Tuesday’s (7 April) episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

In his monologue, Kimmel joked that Trump sounded like a “conscientious employee” always giving two weeks’ notice.

Enlisting all the events from the past where Trump has given a two weeks notice for important events, Kimmel mocked the president’s constant timeframe, adding “ Well, and another two weeks.”

The host’s montage of Trump’s portrayed pattern of delays and vague commitments drew laughter from the audience.
