KUNAK: Kunak Assemblywoman Datuk Norazlinah Arif said JKKKs and village chiefs need to be proactive in ensuring that the needs of residents, as well as any development applications in the village, receive attention and are documented properly.

This documentation facilitates the assemblyman’s management in examining every matter that requires scrutiny and referring it to the relevant authorities for further action.

“Most importantly, our cooperation must be there for a better Kunak. I will ensure the best development and management,” she said at the inauguration of Mutual Assistance Programme to clean up the Buang Sayang Islamic Cemetery, on Sunday.

Norazlinah said she would ensure the construction of the cemetery fence is carried out with RM20,000 allocations from the Assembly Fund which she approved for that purpose.
