JLT Group of Companies has announced the expansion of its customs, trade, and logistics services in major hubs in Luzon and Iloilo designed to strengthen an integrated trade ecosystem.
JLT and its major subsidiary, Jill Tolentino Customs Brokerage (JLTCB), have scaled their customs, trade and logistics services in Bataan, Clark, Iloilo, and Subic, a closer proximity to the country’s most critical economic gateways.
Its expansion in Bataan and Subic strengthened access to major ports and freeport zones, while its Clark office placed JLT within a fast-rising aviation and logistics corridor. The Iloilo branch extended its reach to the Visayas region, thus supporting inter-island and regional trade.
In an official statement, the company revealed that it has gone beyond brokerage services to supporting an entire supply chain.
Its subsidiaries, JLT Global Shipping and Logistics Corp. and JLT Global Trade and Business Solutions Corp. manage freight forwarding across air, sea and land, and provide consultancy services that guide businesses through regulatory requirements, corporate structuring, and trade compliance, respectively.
“These entities operate as a unified network, allowing clients to access end-to-end solutions under one organization. The integrated model reduces inefficiencies, improves coordination, and delivers greater value in an increasingly competitive market,” Jill Tolentino, president of JLT Group, said.
Industry observers note that this approach addresses a long-standing challenge for importers and exporters who often rely on multiple service providers to manage different aspects of the supply chain.
“By consolidating these services, the JLT Group streamlines operations while maintaining strict compliance standards,” Tolentino added.
Tolentino emphasizes, however, that the move to expand is more than just scaling its operations. It stated that the company strives for long-term value, operational excellence, and the ability to adapt to the evolving demands of global trade.
“Growth is not simply about expansion, but about building systems that enable businesses to move faster, operate smarter, and compete more effectively,” she said.
