RANAU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Deputy President who is also Head of PBS Kundasang Division, Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam, called on all supporters to be united and with one voice to make GRS-BN a strong government.
“If we unite and have one voice, we will become stronger and be able to demand the rights of the people of Sabah in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) at the federal level,” he said.
“Therefore, we must ensure the peace and stability of our state so that more domestic and foreign investors will choose Sabah as their investment destination,” he said during the Mandate ceremony that was held at the Ranau Cultural Stage on Saturday. Dr Joachim said the GRS-BN government in the past two years had brought in foreign investors with investments reaching RM6 billion.
This, he said, indicated that the stability that the GRS government brings in the state was able to result in prosperity to the land as well as its people.
