Newcastle United's dressing room mentality is a key reason for their success this season.
That is the view of striker turned midfielder Joelinton, who has been vital for Eddie Howe's team.
The Brazilian spoke about everyone's mentality within the club as they look to seal a top four finish.
Joelinton said: "We want to start fast - in every game.
"Every game at home we have to press high with a lot of energy. We don't expect to score five in 20 minutes each time!
"But we try to take our chances. We want high energy, and everybody in the stadium provides an amazing atmosphere."
Joelinton added: "The we live is positive, we keep a smile on our face.
"You have to enjoy your life, it's not just work.
"It's what we try to bring to the team, with some music!
"We bring our style of life in Brazil but we respect everybody and everybody works hard."
