
KOTA KINABALU: In a dramatic turn of events, Johor KDCA Unduk Ngadau 2023, Viru Nikah Terinisip (pic) has renounced her crown.
In a social media video, Viru Nikah, also known as “Duyung Darat”, on Monday, said she finally found the courage to do so but believed that this is not the end.
“I joined the Unduk Ngadau competition by my own will and returned this title without coercion. I respect my decision,” she said in the video.
Viru Nikah, also known as “Duyung Darat”, recently landed in the hot soup after she posted a holiday video that irked netizens.
