JOLLIBEE Foods Corp. on Thursday said that its South Korea-based coffee brand, Compose Coffee, had recorded the highest customer satisfaction rating among leading low-cost coffee franchises in that country.

In a statement, Jollibee said Compose Coffee posted an overall satisfaction score of 3.97 out of 5 in a Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) survey, outperforming major competitors in the value coffee segment.

KCA, South Korea’s government-mandated consumer protection body, cited strong performance across key indicators including customer service, operational expertise, menu quality, empathy and ordering convenience.

The survey showed that consumer preferences were largely driven by menu-to-price suitability, coffee taste and store accessibility, areas where Compose Coffee emerged as the top performer.

The results reinforce the brand’s position as a leading value coffee chain in South Korea, Jollibee said.

Compose Coffee is among the fastest-growing coffee platforms in South Korea and serves as a key pillar of the Jollibee Group’s global coffee and tea growth strategy.

Jollibee shares gained P2.00, or 0.99 percent, to close at P205.00 each on Thursday.
